As an endurance sport and strength and conditioning coach, I work alongside you to develop personalized practices that support your goals. Why I Do What I Do In 2008, my life changed in an instant. While training for a cycling event, I was struck by an SUV, sustaining multiple fractures—including spinal and facial bones—a collapsed lung, and a severe brain injury. I spent weeks in the ICU on ventilation, lost a month of memory, and faced an uphill battle to regain strength. Despite these setbacks, I returned to cycling and went on to become a regional champion.

This experience was a turning point—it taught me that resilience isn’t luck or motivation alone. It’s built through discipline, structure, and the right strategy. My recovery shaped my coaching philosophy: whether you're bouncing back from adversity or striving for peak performance, growth happens when you’re equipped with the right tools and a clear plan.

At GForce EnduroDynamics, I provide more than workouts. I deliver a framework for lasting results, drawing on both my professional expertise and personal experience.
